Shakespeare for All - Engaging & Connecting Students with Literature in an iPad Classroom (Double Session)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A presentation of a current challenge/inquiry-based iPad project used in my classroom, followed by a work session using the best Apps and websites for students of all abilities to read, connect to and understand Shakespearean language.

In this workshop, participants will see examples of challenge/inquiry-based learning projects that have been created by my 8th grade English students using iPads, focusing on a Shakespeare play.

Participants will then create a Shakespeare challenge for their students using some of the best Apps available (most of them free).

Special focus is placed on access for ALL students: special needs, low reading ability, different learning styles.
